Sindre holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from NTNU, specializing in infrastructure and strategic planning. With 13 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in managing and overseeing large projects (> 1 billion NOK), as well as in quality assurance and project evaluations. Additionally, Sindre has worked on strategic initiatives and assignments related to corporate management and specifically the Norwegian National Transport Plan (NTP 2022-2033 and NTP 2025-2036). He has led concept evaluation studies and has been responsible for developing and implementing methodologies for the concept phase.​

Sindre is one of the co-founders and started Horisont in November 22'.
